What is:

Jin Shin Jyutsu
Jin Shin Jyutsu,  originated in Japan like Jujitsu, but is NOT a form of martial arts.  It is a process that works to keep the physical body’s energy pathways clear and the energy balanced and flowing.  It works similar to acupuncture, but without needles, pressure or manipulation.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is empowering to use, and highly regenerative because it speeds up the body’s innate ability to heal and regenerate itself.  It boosts the immune system, relieves stress and pain, and works to restore and maintain energy levels.  It also helps balance and harmonize our thoughts and emotions, and strengthen our connection with Source energy and “higher” consciousness.

Reiki
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Matrix Energetics
Matrix Energetics is a powerful new method of healing and transformation based on laws of subtle energy and quantum physics. This is a mode of energetic healing developed by Seattle chiropractor, Richard Bartlett, which synthesizes the art of subtle energy work and the principles of quantum physics. Playful and innovative, it combines focused intent and a light touch to facilitate transformation.

New Equations
New Equations grew from the research and discoveries made by Alan Sheets and Siska Tovey of the nine Postures of Strength®, Soultypes®, Soultyping®, Facial Expressions of Strength™, Movement Centers™, and presents ways in which the nine Spiritual Portals™ of the human body and the nine Forces of Nature are the foundation for our existence.
In the late 1980’s, Siska and Alan opened a physical therapy clinic in a small town north of San Francisco.  Siska was certified in Aston-Patterning® and Alan was certified in the Feldenkrais Method®. Their particular focus was to use only gentle and non-invasive treatment approaches, and they found that Aston-Patterning and the Feldenkrais Method worked beautifully together to create healing using no force. At the same time, Siska and Alan were continually exploring ways to further enhance the healing process for their clients. This included bringing into their practice therapists who offered other modalities, such as biofeedback and breathing techniques.
